Member accounts and contact activity

We retain your account name, email, account status and registration date. While you are signed in, we record successful logins, business profile visits, phone-number views, Call or WhatsApp clicks and enquiry references, with the source website and time. These records are available only to directory administrators for account support, abuse prevention and enquiry follow-up. Contact clicks do not confirm that a call or conversation took place. Passwords, session tokens, raw IP addresses and off-site browsing are not included in this activity log. Contact the directory team through the site contact page for account or data requests.

Raw visitor IP addresses are not stored for public profile statistics. A daily keyed hash is used to avoid counting the same visitor repeatedly on the same day.

Archived contact details are stored only as masked or hashed evidence unless a current owner separately verifies a contact.

Uploaded images are resized and metadata-stripped. Enquiries submitted through this website are stored for delivery and operational follow-up. Your name, email, optional phone and message are sent to the business’s approved current enquiry address, when available. A separate copy is retained by the directory operator, Mesh Creation, for delivery support and follow-up. If no approved business address is available, the enquiry goes to the directory team for review. Business recipient addresses and internal copy addresses are not exposed on the public form. Reviewer emails are not shown publicly.
